Frequently asked questions

You log in to SAMK's Moodle with your SAMK-ID. You cannot log in with your email address or another university's user ID.

The courses can be found on the Dashboard page. Please note that the courses will appear approximately one hour after your first login.

No registration keys are used in the course areas, except for tutoring and information templates. You can only obtain a key from your teacher.

Usually you don't, but completion of first aid courses is awarded an Open Badge Factory badge.
